 Technical support |  Field Service Visits In addition to the repair service we also offer an on site support service. Our on site engineer will be able to provide you with electrical assistance in installing your control equipment, motors or wiring harness. This service can also be combined with a repair when it is not feasible for you to send the control equipment back to NEE Controls Inc.
On Site Repairs Service If you want your control equipment to be repaired at your own site we can arrange for an on site repair. As with repairs performed at our factory any significant components that have to be replaced as part of the repair will be charged for separately. Travel expenses and a minimum charge may be payable prior to service performed. Overnight Accomodation If the site visit cannot be completed in a single day then overnight accommodation expenses may be charged in addition to the other service costs. Proper preparation of the equipment and work area will assist in keeping the engineer on schedule and prevent additional costs. |
