Building on the successful launch at last years Drives and Controls Exhibition, the bookcase version of
the Advance Machine Controller, AMC B. New Features have been added to make this unit even more attractive
to the OEM/machine builders.
The AMC B control is a bookcase mounted control for up to 6 axes of
either stepper or servo motors with, output and input signals. RS232 and CANbus interfaces. Designed in
response to the increasing sophistication and wide range of stepper, DC and AC servo amplifiers and motors
now available. AMC B includes Output signals, Analogue and 12 digital outputs (2 high speed) and 20 digital
inputs. The AMC has a number of interface languages and the user languages are German, French, Spanish
and English available when the AMC display front panel or display handpad is connected.
WinAMC®
is a fully flexible operator interface providing a set of virtual switches, buttons and display components.
These can be assigned to specific functions and grouped together to create a control panel that provides
the exact functionality required for the machine application and runs on most PC's, touch screen systems,
laptops and desktop computers for use with NEE's range of AMC controllers.
NEW FOR DMC EXHIBITION
WinAMC® have some NEW features including GRAPHICAL TRACE and COMMAND TRACE. Now as well as
showing the axis positional and I/O status illustrated by Bitmap Icons, the Virtual panels can also show
the program plotted out graphically as the job is progressing. A preview of job selected and a command
trace scrolls the job lines as they are performed.
